SAMATTVA
Samatva occupies a high place in the Bhagwat Gita Sāmya, meaning – equal vision towards all human beings, is a variant of the word, Samatva, used in the Bhagavad Gita to mean – even-mindedness.
Even-mindedness brings balance and Samattva for us is a balance. The balance of the mind, body, and spirit. In this time of corporate life and competition, people have forgotten the feeling of being in balance which includes the feeling of calmness and relaxation, yet there is focus and alertness within us.
So our motive is to create this balance in each and every one of us AGAIN. Our teachings are influenced by the great sages of the Himalayas, who have written and propagated about this inner balance since ancient times. The way of our teachings and philosophy are as per the teachings from these great sages and masters themselves, the purest and traditional.
Life is like a wheel and if it is not balanced it will not move forward. Keeping this in mind we have designed our teachings to inculcate the different limbs of YOGA.
This concept of samattva is as old as the great deity Krishna, For Krishna, samatva is a great concept, value and ideal, suggesting a comprehensive pursuit, transforming the whole life of the seeker and leading him to the pinnacle of full Yogic attainment. In fact, the excellence of Bhagavad Gita consists in discussing the principle of samatva in multiple ways and making the pursuit comprehensive in every way.
Samattva in lives of the people brings happiness, contentment, and Joy that everyone is searching. It is not in the worldly possessions one has or the respect, the stature or the number of acquaintances one has made, this samattva is inner, deep and exclusive to one own self.
OUR MISSION
The most ancient and the traditional form of yoga was aimed to provide enlightenment to its practitioners. Today in the modern age it has degraded down and become a tool for relaxation and muscle toning. The great sages of India who actually experimented and experienced this form of enlightenment, used yoga as a tool for gaining mastery over self, and the materialistic world.
We use the same year’s old tradition and want each and every one of us experiences the true form of yoga, with its ultimate goal of spirituality and enlightenment.
Our mission is to create this awareness about spirituality and let others discover this within them by themselves. Let the experience lead you to your truest inner self.
We want to create a community of people with similar thinking and aim and welcome others who would like to learn and tread the path of true spirituality and true consciousness and true YOG.
Come and experience the state of indifference, equanimity, equality within YOURSELF BY YOURSELF.
Come to experience Samattva.
